How can i contact you?

If you have any questions or queries, feel free to email us at sales@dankapparel.ca  Please include your order number, name or other pertinent information when sending us an inquiry on a specific order. We answer our emails in the order that they are received. Please do not send multiple duplicate inquiries as that will slow down our response time to you. We will try our best to respond to all inquiries within 48 business hours. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship around the world. Be sure to check that the items you’re ordering will clear customs in your country. DankApparel is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties required by the destination country.

Pricing?

We price all our products in USD as it is a world wide accepted currency.

Sizing?

Our products are unisex, however our sizing guide is equivalent to US Men's sizing. Our products are not a "fitted" style but a typical loose fit.

How long will my order take before it ships?

All our items are made to order, meaning that they are manufactured after being ordered. Your item will be shipped out after 5-12 business days, this is due to our printing method which is awesome but can't be mass produced like screen print shirts. The amount of orders we are receiving can also have an affect.

How long will shipping take?

Our current average shipping time is 8-21 days, keep in mind that your location and the amount of orders in the postal system can have an affect. We cannot guarantee arrival time of any order once it enters the postal system. Your order may also be delayed if a customs inspection is implemented.

When will i receive a tracking number?

Once your order has been shipped you will get an automated email stating your tracking number. If you have any questions on the delivery of your package please contact your local post office with your tracking number.  You can visit 17track.net or your local postal website to track your package using your tracking number provided on your shipping confirmation email.

What materials do you use, and how do i wash it?

Our items are made from a lightweight spun polyester/spandex fabric, which produces a smooth/silky finished product. It can be safely dry-cleaned or machine-washed. Turn your garments inside out before washing to prevent snags. Machine-wash them in warm water, using an all-purpose detergent. Do not overly dry polyester; this will cause gradual shrinkage.

How do i cancel my order?

If you would like your order to be canceled please email us within 12 hours of it being placed and we'll see what we can do.

How do i return an item?

We hope that you love your DankApparel purchase. You may request a return if you ordered the wrong size. All items must be un-worn, and we will offer an exchange for in-store credit so that you may purchase the correct item.  All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. All return requests must be made within 3 days of the delivery date of the order. Please send your return requests to sales@dankapparel.ca and include your Name, Order Number and reason for request.  

 

What if I receive a defective product?

If there is any sort of manufacturing defect, contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and provide a picture of the defect and your order number; we’ll send you a replacement or refund. Some prints may not appear as clear as on the website due to the fact that the image being printed is many times larger than the picture shown on the website.  We do not consider this a defect. Send your request to sales@dankapparel.ca and include your Name, Order Number and photo of the defect.

Where do I track my order?

After receiving a tracking code from your shipping confirmation notification (either SMS or email), simply input the code on one of these sites: dankapparel.aftership.com or https://www.17track.net/en or your local postal website.

Please contact your local post office with questions regarding your shipment and provide them with the tracking number.

Please note that you parcel may appear to not be moving if it is in transit between postal facilities or moving through customs.
